Twin
cast non-stick cookware by Henckel has a superior tri-dimensional
construction. It's vacuum-pressure cast aluminum construction allows for
varied thickness of the rim, walls and bottom, giving you better heat
distribution and better rolling-boil. The precision level base is 6 mm
thick, which prevents warping. This cookware is pretreated by sandblasting
the aluminum, creating a mechanical interlocking of the aluminum with
three layers of magnadur XL, for a longer lasting product. The pan handles
are made of stay-cool phenolics and are heat resistant up to 450 degrees.
The lids are domed to promote self-basting. Lids also have a non-slip
integrated lip to keep it secure and reduce rattling. Twincast pots and
pans have rivet-free interiors for an easy clean surface.
